ProENTRY Echelon IV version 4.10.0462

Significant pricing model revisions have been introduced to expand ProENTRY IV's flexibility. Additionally, these changes make for a much clearer and more understandable implementation.
- Price column in orders (Spec-Groups)
  - May be automatically selected by the system based upon the choice of door style and finish
  - May be selected by the operator
  - May be suppressed if not used by your company
- Door style prices may now be configured in one of four ways:
  - No door style prices
  - Fixed charge per door style with separate base and wall door prices
  - A percentage charge per door style
  - Fixed charge per door style based upon the finish selected in the Spec-Group with separate base and wall door prices
- A new percentage charge for doors-only when ordering a product's doors less product parts
Numerous revisions to the master modification update window make for simpler modification configuration.
Implemented product suffix which is automatically added by modification selected in the order. Multiple suffixes will be concatenated as necessary.
Added toolbars to the Order Management and Catalog Configurator modules
