ProENTRY Echelon IV version 4.23.0511

• Enhancement: Expanded the master catalog update window's more tab to provide an overview of Door Type configuration with out the necessity of opening each door type in the door type update window. Details displayed include finish specification availability and door details.
  
• Enhancement: Added a reporting option to include or exclude Subdivision memos.
• Enhancement: Expanded order, quotation, and invoice numbering options:

  Enter a simple numeric value such as 10000 and ProENTRY IV will increment it automatically.

  Alternatively, add a prefix such as the year, "2010-", or an identifying code to reflect your company's practices, perhaps "Q10-" for Quotation, 2010, to the number, separated with a non-numeric character such as a hyphen, period, or slash, (2010-10000) and the suffix will be incremented.

  Rather than entering a fixed prefix, you may use one or more substitution symbols and ProENTRY IV will replace the symbol(s) with the correct value(s). Substitution symbols are:

  {ER}	Your customer's External Reference, usually used to link to accounting software
  {YEAR}	The current year; i.e., "2010"
  {MONTH}	The current month; i.e., "07" for July

   Examples:
  {ER}-10000 might yield "ACME-10000" OR "UDR-10000"
  {YEAR}.{MONTH}.10000 might yield "2010.07.10000"

• Enhancement: ProENTRY IV now supports PSI Product Planner design file selection at the working catalog level.
  
• Regression: The PMail update window suffered several problems resulting from the addition of email capabilities. Fixed.
• Enhancement: The PMail update window now displays the date and time read next to each recipient, allows for resizing of the recipient and attachment lists, and includes spell checking (F7 key to activate).
  
• Catalog .xml import completed to include the ability to create many relationships that do not exist in the source database.
  
• Regression: After installing 4.21.0502S, electing the more tab in the Licensed User Update window resulted in a "bind" error message. Fixed.
• Regression: Under some circumstances, ProENTRY would display an error after entering a file name and path in an entry field. Fixed.

Known issues

• The custom window frame rendering fails to display some windows properly. If this interferes with your use of ProENTRY IV, simply disable the custom window frames for now.
