| ProENTRY Echelon IV version 4.23.0516- Enhancement: Company browse window has been expanded to include more columns including custom fields. All columns may now be sorted by clicking on their headers. Reverse sort is possible by clicking a second time. Multiple column sorts may be implemented by clicking CTRL + CLICK to add additional columns. A data query facility has been added as well. Queries may be entered directly or by dragging data from the company list and dropping it on the query list box.
- Regression: Company update window, Report Redirection was not displaying default destinations. Fixed.
- Regression: Master Door Styles update window, Prices tab was disabled in cases where the configuration indicated it should be enabled. Fixed.
- Regression: Report Redirection update window failed to retain the selected output and consequently would not close in some cases. Fixed.
- Regression: Freight Zones were not visible after insertion. Fixed.
- Enhancement/Bug: Company memos did not display the data and time of creation. Fixed. In addition, company related PMail is displayed in the same window as the company memos, thus making it possible to choose the appropriate form of documentation when recording company related comments.
- Enhancement: When creating "Other" phone number types, including the word fax in the description will allow the number to be selected as a facsimile report target.
- Bug: Communication type "Assistant's Phone" was not displayed in communications (phone number) lists. Fixed.
- Bug: If an Address Type was changed to Primary, it was not possible to undo the change. Fixed.
- Enhancement: Licensed user option to permit or not permit incomplete addresses.
- Import function changes
- Regression: Postal codes were not being imported. Fixed.
- Bug: Addresses were being duplicated. Fixed.
- Bug: Facsimile numbers were being imported as primary numbers. Fixed.
- Added option to include or exclude incomplete addresses
- Enhancement: Postal code import now permits the specification by comma separated list of specific US states.
- ProENTRY 3 Export utility changes:
- Enhancement: Option added to pad numeric account numbers with leading zeros so that sorts based upon account numbers as rational.
Known issues- The custom window frame rendering problems have been largely resolved with only a few minor issues remaining.
- Fax reporting is not yet fully implemented.
