  • Support for networked fax servers. Supports up to 20 fax modems on each server with concurrent faxing (limited by the number of fax modems supported by the operating system), keeping in mind that each of these fax modems on each server must have its own phone line.

  • Built-in error handling with control of number of retries and printing non-faxable documents.
  • Support for "grouped" faxes. Grouped faxing are queued faxes for a single FAX number, regardless of recipient. These will be transmitted in one call an will include all pages and the requested coversheets.

• Enhancement: Optional print server capability allows printing to be performed by a central print server computer. This allows operators to schedule one or more reports and fax documents with just a mouse click and without the interruption and delay encountered in generating reports on workstations.

  • Expanded content and filtering of scheduled reports permits adjustment of band size and position as well as editing attributes and locations of virtually all report content. Custom controls may be added as well.

• Regression: The installer did not save configuration data required to run ProENTRY IV. Fixed.
• Bug: Tagging line items and Spec-Groups for export to .ext files didn't reflect the requirement that parent orders and Spec-Groups be tagged. Fixed.
• Enhancement: Much improved exception messages in the .ext export process.
• Bug: Content exported to .ext files which included embedded CR and/or LF characters caused the resulting files to be unusable. Fixed.
• Enhancement: added a Master Product and Product Planner Codes report to the configurator. An option allows for inclusion of all products, products with Product Planner codes, and products without Product Planner codes.
• Enhancement: Order export window; it is now possible to view orders, Spec-Groups, and line items in their respective dialogs from within the order export relation tree.
• Bug: Incorrect Price Column was being selected when configured for automatic Price Column selection by Finish Material (Finish Color is was working correctly).
• Enhancement: Tool bars are now themed according to the Windows theme.

• Regression: Report customization functions were disabled when no report had been generated. Added an instructional message.
• Bug: Menu theme was not correctly applied. Fixed.

Known issues

• The custom window frame rendering problems have been largely resolved with only a few minor issues remaining.
