• Enhancement: Several changes have been implemented involving Order Statuses:
  • Order Statuses are now identified as essential to workflow management or not by icon color in the Licensed User update window and Setup Assistant. Essential statuses are red while those that are not are green.
    
  • Order Status configuration verification has been expanded to list the specific Order Status "Apply Status To" values that are missing. A button has been added to the Order Status page on the Setup Assistant to provide immediate access to this information.
  • Supervisors  now have expanded access to the Change Status task.
  • The Select Status for Order lookup dialog now includes the name of the department associated with each order status.
• Enhancement: Additional referential integrity checks assure that catalog products are not available in orders when the related Master Product's availability is restricted for the price column in use.
• Enhancement: Master and Working Product update windows both check for the existence of product prices when saving changes and display a reminder if no prices have been established.
  
• Enhancement: An option has been added to the Catalog Configurator's Master Catalog popup menu which causes Master and Working products which have no prices assigned, and therefore are unavailable in orders, to display a distinctive icon.
  
• Enhancement: Improved messages, task panel, and popup menu content for locked orders in the main client's and orders relation tree window.

• Enhancement: Further improved popup menu for orders in the main Clients and Orders relation tree window.
• Bug: The Manage PSI .ext Batches window did not refresh properly after the clean up process. Fixed.

• Enhancement: PSI .ext files; added INFO=SpecGroupID to the KEY=LD record.
• Regression: Line item dimensions were being reset to defaults upon editing. Fixed.
• Bug: The product lookup window in used in the catalog was being displayed larger than the screen area. Fixed.
• Regression: The Product Activation failed when Real-time Order Validation was included. Fixed.
• Bug: Catalog To-Do Tasks were being displayed at multiple levels within the Master Catalog relation tree. Fixed.
• Regression: Product Planner .ext option dialog did no display the available options. This requires a procedure to correct:
  1. Shut down all ProENTRY IV instances
  2. Edit the Versions table and reset all version numbers to 553
     
  3. Launch the Configurator and complete the upgrade process
• Enhancement: Implementation of Real-time Order Validation is feature complete but must be considered in its beta-testing phase and could harbor bugs.
• Enhancement: Numerous refinements to the Order Export window.
