Multi-Product

The Multi-Product Assistant enables rapid addition of similar products to your Master Catalogs.

Enter specifications for the initial product and incremental values for dimensions, prices, etc., and ProENTRY will generate the requested products.

A Product Name Template and Description Template allow you to enter any desired text along with dimension substitution symbols such as [WIDTH], [HEIGHT], and [DEPTH]. ProENTRY substitutes the actual dimension for the symbol in order to generate the correct, unique product names and descriptions.

Proposed Product names and descriptions may be edited and individual products may be deleted before actually being added to your Master Catalog.

Enter prices by price column for the first product or specify that the product is not available with specific price columns. Enter a Price Increment value which represents the amount each price is to be incremented for each successive product.

Mistakes and omissions in the configuration are detailed in the final step of the product creation process. Once all requirements are met, simply select Add Products to populate your new products including prices, subassemblies and components, parameters, and PSI Product Planner codes.
