- Flexible licensing options suit your cash flow requirements.
- Licensing is based on the number of concurrent users, not the number of seats or machines where the software may be installed. Purchase licensing for only the number of concurrent users you require, not a predefined number of users. You are free to add additional users at any time.
- We offer a very generous 80% credit toward the licensing fee for services bundled with the initial purchase. This is intended to make your acquisition and implementation as rapid and painless as possible so you can quickly begin to realize ProENTRY IV's benefits. How painless can it be? It is possible that licensing ProENTRY IV will cost little or nothing.

About the monthly license subscription program: - Monthly license requires a 1, 2, or 3 year commitment and a two month initial payment, which includes a 1 month deposit. The deposit is applied to your last month's usage.
- Early termination will result in the forfeit of the deposit and immediate revocation of your license.
- A simple monthly activation is required using a code provided via email after receipt of payment. ProENTRY IV will cease to function if payment is not tendered and/or the activation code not entered.
- Your license fees remain locked in during the period of your commitment, even if ProENTRY IV license fees are increased.

The number of FAX Modems per FAX Server may be limited by the operating system. Each modem requires a phone line. Any number of FAX Server license may be obtained at the stated licensing fees. Perform routine printing and faxing with a dedicated print server Windows computer. Operator requests for reports are processed almost instantly on his or her workstation and printing is managed by the print server. This helps keep users productive and minimizes interruptions. Remote Dealer AccessEmpower your dealers and provide them access to ProENTRY IV so they can create quotations and orders themselves. Add 15% to license or maintenance fees plus additional concurrent users as necessary.
Credit Card ProcessingIncrease sales and reduce receivables by offering your dealers the option to pay by credit card. Per-transaction plus a percentage of the transaction. Rates and initial setup vary and are determined by card processor.

- Credit applied to license fee up to the total amount of the original fee.
- No refund for unused Tech-Blocks or portions thereof.
- In the case where 80% of prepaid services equals or exceeds licensing fees, there is no charge for software licensing; however, the terms of the license are still in effect.
- When the monthly payment program is chosen, services fees must be prepaid; however, you may prepay as little as 1 Tech-Block at a time. You must prepay all Tech-Blocks to which you have committed within the first year.
