Download the File Driver Trace Utility program

The Trace utility is now furnished in an authenticated Vista compatible installer.

After installing, launch the trace.exe utility by clicking on the shortcut on your desktop.

• Select the MSSQL File Driver
• Check all available check boxes
• Specify a name and location for the log file to be created -- this is the file to be reviewed or sent to support
• Click on Apply -- not OK
• Run ProENTRY IV and all SQL Server activity will be recorded
• When done, remove the check marks from the check boxes
• Click on Apply
• Click on OK
• Send the log file you created to technical support at support@ProENTRY4.com
