Optional migration program saves you more money

While ProENTRY IV is much easier to learn and use than earlier versions, to get the most from it and to realize the substantial benefits it offers as quickly as possible, you may want help configuring your products and importing existing client records and other important data.  We can help with this, and we can even help with the costs with a special migration program. We’re offering reduced rates for data migration, training, and support. If sufficient users elect to have us help them, we will further reduce the charges for any services that can be shared.

Here is how the migration and support program works:

• To secure your participation and special reduced rates, simply remit your $1,440 enrollment by 31 December 2008* to be applied toward 30 hours of data migration, training, and support. Checks accepted, and credit cards via PayPal as well.
• There is no charge for installation assistance and the initial data conversion consultation during which we will work with you to determine specifically what data should be transferred to ProENTRY IV.
• Once we have agreed on what is to be done, we will work to migrate your existing data for just $48.00 per hour using highly productive ARAD (Advanced Rapid Application Development) tools.
• If you do not require assistance with data migration, your enrollment will be applied to training and support.
• All data migration development and other services that can be shared will be billed at only $24.00 per hour.
• Additional migration development, phone training, and support is only $48.00 per hour if prepaid in 10 hour blocks, or just $65 per hour on demand.
• Standard maintenance, upgrade, training, and support fees apply after the first year, although these reduced rates will be applied to any prepaid balance.
