How does the migration and support program work?

• To secure your participation and special reduced rates, simply remit your $1,440 enrollment by  31 August 2010*. This will be applied toward 30 hours of data migration, training, and support.
• There is no charge for installation assistance and the initial data conversion consultation during which we will work with you to determine specifically what data will be migrated to ProENTRY IV.
• Once we have agreed on what is to be done, we will work to migrate your existing data for just $48.00 per hour using highly productive Advanced Rapid Application Development tools.
• If you do not require assistance with data migration, your enrollment will be applied to training and support.
• Additional migration development, phone training, and support is only $48.00 per hour if prepaid in 10 hour blocks, or just $65 per hour on demand.
• Standard maintenance, upgrade, training, and support fees apply after the first year, although these reduced rates will be applied to any prepaid balance.
